Founded in 2008, Altinbas University is one of the most important private universities in Istanbul. The university welcomed its first batch of students in the 2011-2012 academic year. The university offers its students 26 bachelor’s degree programs, 11 fellowship programs, 24 master’s programs and 8 doctoral programs through 9 faculties, a higher education institute and two vocational schools.
